This audio is designed to help brainwash the listener into having more of a playful kitten mindset. This involves feeling more playful and playing with cat toys in the same way that a cat would, enjoying scratches (mixed feelings on belly scratches), feeling slightly more curious towards random noises, and enjoying attention from your human/partner.

Some affirmations are involved for wanting to wear cat ears and tail, but are not necessary to enjoy the audio. Good behaviour is also encouraged, without outright mentioning obedience.
