This file begins with an induction that focuses on gradually quietening the mind. The induction gradually fades into the main body of the audio, focusing on brainwashing the listener into being a doll.
The brainwashing section focuses on establishing what a doll is (not thinking, remaining still, being decorative, being a toy, being customised), and using those to point out the similarities between dolls and the listener, establishing that the listener is a doll. This is further enhanced as more aspects come into effect as the dollification continues, such as the stiffness of the body. Being a doll is also presented as a good thing, with affirmations to highlight how good the listener is feeling as a result of being a doll.

The loop begins shortly after the induction is over. Unlooped, the audio would last for approximately 15 minutes. There is no wakener at the end of this audio, and the audio gradually fades out, so as to not cause any sudden, unexpected changes.
