This audio will hypnotise you to sit up straight, in a comfortable manner, and make it so that you wish to remain like that until I say otherwise. You won’t be frozen, there will be nothing stopping you from moving, however you will want to remain as still as possible, for as long as requested. You can stop if you need to, and the desire won’t be overwhelming. It will simply be a very enjoyable experience.

There are no other intentional effects, and any effects will end by the end of the file.
